About This Course
The Swara Yoga Advance Course represents the summit of the formal teaching curriculum — the level at which the practitioner moves from understanding and practice into genuine mastery. Where the Basic and Intermediate courses develop awareness and skill, the Advance course develops direct volitional control over the Nadi, Tattva and Prana systems.
This course introduces the powerful Shiv Kriya practices, which are given only to students with sufficient pranic capacity developed through the previous levels. It covers the full cycle of all three bodies — physical (Sthula), subtle (Sukshma) and causal (Karana) — and their Swara correspondences, giving the student a complete map of the human system as seen through the lens of Swara Yoga.
Special practices include visits to high-vibration sacred places for advance sadhana, Advance Agnihotra, Tattva Awakening and Tattva Shuddhi, and a complete Pranayama system with Mudra and Bandha as practised in the Shaiva tradition.

What You Will Gain
The ability to consciously open, hold and shift between Ida, Pingala and Sushumna as required.
Direct transmission of powerful Tantric Kriya practices for accelerated spiritual development and Siddhi.
Complete understanding and working with the physical, subtle and causal body cycles through Swara Yoga.
The pranic purification, experiential depth and sadhana consistency required to be considered for the Acharya level.
The mastery to deliberately invoke, hold and shift any of the five Tattvas through breath, Mudra and concentrated intention — giving precise control over the quality of experience and the outcome of every action.
Deep practice of Kumbhaka-based Kriya that merges the upward and downward Pranas into Samana fire — directly preparing the subtle body for the awakening of Kuṇḍalinī-Shakti and the spontaneous opening of Suṣhumṇā.
Systematic awakening and purification of each of the five Tattvas — Prithvi, Jala, Agni, Vāyu, Ākāsha — within the subtle body through dedicated practice sequences that elevate health, mental clarity and spiritual refinement.
Mastery of the Vedic Agnihotra fire sacrifice performed at the precise Swara moment — aligning breath, Tattva, time and fire to purify the atmosphere, subtle body and pranic field, including advanced Agnihotra variations and their specific applications.
Entering and sustaining the liminal states between waking and sleep with full awareness as practised in the Shaiva tradition — using this threshold space for profound healing, deep pranic restoration and accelerated spiritual advancement.
A complete system of advanced Prāṇāyāma techniques combined with Mudrā and Bandha as transmitted in the Shaiva tradition — systematically purifying all 72,000 Nāḍīs and awakening the full dormant pranic potential of the subtle body.
Advanced practices conducted at high-vibration sacred temples, rivers and mountain sites in and around Rishikesh — with a direct understanding of how sacred geography amplifies Swara, Prana and states of consciousness.
A complete Nāḍī-Tattva-Prāṇa daily lifestyle system — from waking to sleep — that aligns every activity, meal, relationship and sadhana with the living pranic cycle, transforming ordinary daily life into an unbroken Swara Yoga practice.
"In the Advance level, the student does not merely know about Swara Yoga — they become it. The breath becomes a living scripture that they can read and write simultaneously."
